All items are handmade by Jeni. Because each piece is made by hand, there will be natural variations in colour, pattern and finish — this is part of what makes each piece unique.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase you are entering into an agreement with Resin Love Creations by Jeni to purchase the item at the stated price plus any applicable postage.
Once an order has been placed and payment received, you will receive confirmation from PayPal. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once the item is with Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
